When you use our contact or callback form, we receive your name, email address, optional website URL, and the project details you provide. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
Form security and service providers
Our forms use hCaptcha to help prevent automated abuse. hCaptcha processes information under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and email providers also process the information needed to operate the website and deliver form submissions.
Cookies and technical records
The contact service uses a session cookie for security and form validation. The server maintains rate-limiting records using hashed identifiers and email delivery records containing the submission source, request identifier, delivery status, time, and destination mailbox. Delivery logs do not contain your message body or CAPTCHA token.
How long information is kept
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage the related project or business records. You can contact us to ask about your information or request its deletion, subject to any records we need to retain.
Your choices
Only send information needed to discuss your project. Do not put passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in a contact message. You can use the contact form to request access, a correction, or deletion of information you have provided.
